VIP 24-25 Booking

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING! 

Select and purchase the ship date you would like to secure your booking. No details are needed until you receive your detail/measurement form 15 weeks prior to ship date. All costumes are shipped by the end of the month you selected in your reservation.

This booking purchase serves as your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that will be applied towards the total cost of your costume.

One spot purchased is equal to one costume booked. To book multiple spots/ costumes, please purchase the corresponding amount needed.

General Information

• All reservations require a $200 for Standard Custom Booking and $300 Elite Custom Booking NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure your selected ship date (based on availability).
• All sales are final. Returns are not accepted on costumes.
• WE WILL NOT COPY DESIGNS FROM OTHER DESIGNERS. We understand that you might see a costume from another costume designer you love, but please understand that out of respect for the creativity of both others and BrynLaviniaDesigns, we will never copy. We can take inspiration from pictures or designs you may like, but it will always be done in our own style.
• We do not do base-only costumes.
• We can remake any previous designs of ours that you may see on social media, but keep in mind that all applique/stonework will vary slightly. Nothing can be 100% replicated due to the custom nature of our work. We will also not provide a digital design sketch for remakes of past designs.
• All communication regarding your order is to be had through our support team via email at info@brynlaviniadesigns.com.
• Balances MUST BE PAID within 2 weeks of receiving your final invoice, otherwise, deposit and costume is forfeited.
• Costumes will not be shipped until final balance is paid. 
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers. We will always provide your tracking number of your shipment.

Pricing

• Custom orders start at $650, at which the starting price includes heavy embellishing, and go up depending on design intricacy and appliqué/embellishing level.
• ELITE Custom orders begin at $950, at which the starting price includes heavy embellishing, and go up depending on design intricacy and appliqué/embellishing level.
• If you are ordering a past remake/ design, please note that the final costume may differ slightly due to the custom nature of our work. A digital design sketch will not be provided for remakes.
• A detailed price quote will be given after your design/measurement form is submitted. If you have a budget, please let us know when submitting your form, and we will work this into your design. 
  
  

Measurement/ Design Detail Due Dates

• You will receive your detail/measurement form via email 15 weeks prior to your selected ship date. (Please keep an eye on your junk folder too!) Forms must be submitted within TWO WEEKS of receiving. Once submitted, you will receive a sketch of your costume design(any past costume remake order will not receive a sketch). You will have ONE WEEK to approve or request any changes to your design.

• If you do not meet these deadlines, we reserve the right to cancel your order and you will forfeit your deposit.

• ELITE Custom orders will also receive an email to schedule their design consultation call 15-16 weeks out from ship date.

• All measurements submitted are FINAL. We are not responsible for an imperfect fit due to inaccurate measurements or growth spurt in your dancer. Please give measurements you want the costume made to, so add in any room for growth you think your dancer will need. Alterations will not be provided.
