Out-of-Stock Sizes
If your size is currently out of stock, we offer made-to-order requests on select styles. Our team provides estimated production timelines and availability based on current demand.
Embellishing Kits

Setting Clear Expectations
What Concierge Does Not Include
So there are no surprises along the way.
- Custom base designs from scratch. We currently only offer designs that are already available on our site.
- Embellished costumes or services. Our Concierge Service is for base design only. We do not offer embellishing services.
- Reengineering designs to fit your desires. Color, fabric, and some skirt/sleeve adjustments are welcomed, but changing the design structure of the base is not currently available.
- Colors and fabrics outside our guide. We can only work with what is shown in our Fabric and Color Guide.
- Fast turnaround on custom orders. Customizations take more time. We work as quickly as we can, but please allow an average of up to 15 weeks for delivery after final payment. We will finalize the timeline with you before payment.
- Returns or exchanges. Due to the custom nature of our concierge service, all custom orders are final sale.
