Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may be extended during product launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Tracking Information
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Transfer of Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier and the customer. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues that occur after shipment.

Shipping Delays
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, routing issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control. Any delivery concerns must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered, it is considered successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Customers must:
• Check with household members and neighbors
• Contact their local post office
• File a claim directly with the shipping carrier
We are happy to provide supporting documentation if needed for a carrier claim.

Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Incorrect addresses
• Missing apartment/unit numbers
• Returned or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees before the order can be resent.

Returned or Refused Packages
Packages refused or returned to sender are not eligible for automatic refunds.
If a returned package is received:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• A reshipping fee will be required to resend the order.
• Refunds, if approved, may be subject to restocking and processing fees.

International Shipping
For all exchanges outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including return shipping of the original item and shipment of the new base. All other terms and conditions remain consistent with our standard Exchange Policy.
